A Multi-Zone Staged Indoor Emergency Evacuation Algorithm Based on Time Equalization

Most of the existing staged evacuation algorithms only consider impact crowd density on partition, but do not take into account influence spatial distribution occupants and capacity exits total time (TET). Therefore, a novel indoor emergency algorithm based equalization is proposed in this paper. All factors affecting TET such as position size each group are fully considered algorithm, which uniformly converted occupancy exit. An improved Dijkstra used to generate zones according proximity relationship different exits. The strategy waiting at starting point adopted ensure that all evacuees free from congestion during escape process. In addition, method merging further increase balance among partitioning objectives include minimizing evacuees, path length group, avoiding experimental results show effectively reduces groups compared with algorithms, improves efficiency utilization can be applied various evacuees.
